We are not a general plumbing company that also does lining. Trenchless sewer rehabilitation is the whole business.
What we do
TSR Trenchless, Inc. repairs and replaces sewer lines from 4″ to 12″ across Southern California, using methods that don't require trenching the property. We've been doing it for more than twenty years, on hundreds of severely damaged sewer and drain lines, for homeowners, property managers, HOAs, restaurants and commercial owners.
The specialization matters more than it sounds. A general plumbing company that owns a liner rig will recommend lining, because that is the trenchless tool it has. We carry CIPP lining, pipe bursting, spin casting, sectional repair and conventional replacement, which means we have no structural incentive to steer a diagnosis toward one answer. What the camera shows decides the method.
How we work
Camera before quote. Every time.
We do not price sewer work over the phone from a description of symptoms. We run a camera the full length of the line with a footage counter on screen, locate the defects from above ground, and show you the video. Then we quote. This is the single most important thing on this page.
We tell you when trenchless is wrong
A liner takes the shape of the pipe it cures inside. If your line has lost grade, developed a belly or collapsed, a liner reproduces the problem in a smoother, more durable form. Those lines need bursting or conventional replacement, and our estimate will say so even though it is the harder sale.
We show you the finished work
Post-repair camera footage on every job, handed to you. You should be able to watch the inside of your own sewer line and see a continuous, jointless interior with consistent fall. Keep the file — it is worth something in a future escrow.
We handle the permits
Sewer lateral work is permitted work in essentially every jurisdiction we operate in, and requirements vary city by city. We pull the permit for the jurisdiction the property actually sits in and schedule the inspections. Where a city adds historic-district review or right-of-way requirements, you hear about it before the job is booked.

The equipment matters, but the diagnosis matters more
Any competent crew can invert a liner. What separates a repair that lasts fifty years from one that fails in eighteen months is almost always what happened before the liner went in — whether the line was actually descaled to bare wall, whether a second camera pass caught the defect the debris was hiding, whether anyone checked the fall before committing to a method that cannot correct it. That is where our twenty years actually live.
