Sewer repair, lining, replacement and related work are governed by the separate written proposal and contract you sign before work begins. Where these terms and that contract differ, the contract controls.

2. Information on this site is general

The content here — method explanations, typical timelines, what fails in particular neighborhoods, price ranges where mentioned — is general information about trenchless sewer work. It is not a diagnosis of your property, an estimate, or a promise about what your line needs. Sewer conditions vary by property, and every recommendation we make is based on a camera inspection of your specific line, not on anything published here.

3. No professional relationship is created by using this site

Browsing this site, reading it, or submitting the estimate request form does not create a contractor-client relationship. That relationship begins when a written proposal is signed by both parties.

4. Estimates and pricing

Any price range mentioned on this site is illustrative. Actual pricing depends on line length, diameter, depth, access, existing cleanouts, cleaning requirements, permitting, and site conditions that cannot be known before inspection. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate itself.

5. Warranty statements

Warranty terms described on this site summarize the warranty offered on qualifying work. The controlling warranty terms, including scope, exclusions, transferability and claim procedure, are those in the written warranty document provided with your job. Manufacturer service-life ratings referenced on this site are the manufacturer's statements about materials and are not warranties offered by TSR Trenchless, Inc..
